Last week Thursday we had the chance to attend the Female Future Force event hosted by the magazine Edition F. The theme of the event was “Life-Changing-Moments” and five women were invited as speakers throughout the evening. The location of the event was the STATION at Luckenwalder Str., in the heart of Berlin. We got there a little after half past 8 and a big queue had already formed in front of the main entrance. The the big space inside was needed: around 800 people, mainly women, attended the event on this evening. The first hour before the speakers took the stage was a little hectic and crazy. Rosen Garden Berlin was responsible for the catering on this evening and did a great job with their team. We enjoyed some delicious creams with fresh bread, Mexican wraps, shrimps and dumplings as well as fresh fruits and banana bread. The drinks were supplied by Russian Standard, Weingut Diehl and Vöslauer. We especially fell in love with the rosé wine by Weingut Diehl but also Russian Standard …
In no more than 11 days, the next International Moët Party Day will take place in Berlin – and we are more than excited! Last year, the event could be described as “the perfect summer day”. We were drinking refreshing champagne cocktails, listened to a private Adesse performance and danced into the sunset… This year we already know, that we’ll go on a glamorous cruise and the party will take place in a villa nearby the Wannsee. But enough about us, here’s the best thing: you can also be part of the Moët Party Day 2017! Apply for your ticket here. Here’s also a short throwback to the Moët Party Day 2016…
Last Friday the team of Headspace PR and COTY invited us once more to an exceptional blogger get-together in Frankfurt am Main. Everything was just perfect! The location, the setting, the food and the people. It was an absolutely phenomenal afternoon. Center of attention were the fragrances by Esprit, Mexx, Bruno Banani and James Bond. For each one of them the team created special workshops. We made flower bouquets, tried to form blossom shaped ice cream, learned about dos and don’ts when visiting metropolises and created our own gif. And of course they spoiled us with delicious hearty food and lovely sweet treats. A big thank you to the lovely team and all those busy bees who helped to make this afternoon a memorable one. We are looking forward to more fun workshops and events.
Headspace PR and COTY simply know how to get you in the Christmas mood. Last week Friday I took the chance to head to Hamburg in order to attend their traditionell Christmas Blogger workshop. The venue was beautifully decorated with Christmas trees, the smell of Apple crumble was in the air and everyone seemed merry&bright. Through the afternoon we worked on some perfume themed DIY Christmas gifts, had some coffee and enjoyed the company of fellow bloggers. The perfumes mainly focused on were Mexx, Playboy, Bruno Banani, James Bond 007 and David Beckham. A big thank you to COTY and the Headspace PR team for inviting us once again. We always love joining you on such special events.
Yesterday we had the chance to visit the Urban Outfitters press day showroom and take an exclusive look at the Spring/Summer 2017 collection. You will see a lot of denim and pastels, thats for sure. Besides seeing that up-coming collection we were also able to flick through their Christmas collection which will be available from November on. Sequined and fake fur are the staples for your festive season wardrobe.
We are happy to share some streetstyle pictures taken by The Styleograph during the Bread&Butter a few weeks ago. We already showed you our duo pictures and thought it would also be nice to share these with you.
For us, it’s always nice to also have some common pictures or a shoot with the two of us in general, because as you know usually we take pictures of each other. We especially like the beautiful light situation on these pictures, that were taken at the Bread&Butter for Zalando by Leni Paperboats. Check out her insta and website for more infos! New concept, new owner, new location. The Bread&Butter tradeshow has gone through a whole lot of changes and refreshingly enters the fashion world stage this year at Berlins Arena. Newest innovation? The tradeshow (now owned by Zalando) is open to the public. Throughout the years it has been a by-invitation-event-only over the past years, this has been changed and is now accessible to everyone interested in the fashion hype. Direct interaction with the brands and the possibility to buy the newest pieces straight-away (also new!) encourages the fashion crowd to travel to Alt-Treptow, Berlin. We enjoyed some quality time together and had the chance to indulge in some good conversations with the girls from Fleek. Bread&Butter by Zalando 2nd – 4th September 2016 Arena Berlin Eichenstraße 4, 12435 Berlin Germany Opening hours Friday, 2nd September: 4pm – midnight Saturday and Sunday, 3rd and 4th September: 1pm – midnight What To Wear to this location
Last week we gladly followed an invitation to have dinner at The Butcher in Charlottenburg, near Savingyplatz. It was a fun night with a handful of other foodie bloggers from in and around Berlin! What we loved most about the restaurant is it’s design: when you enter there is a long counter and the walls have white tiles (just like a real butcher shop!). The next room is a super modern library with some food and design books leading to a winter garden facing the patio. What is so special about the interior design is that there is an open kitchen that you can see from the inside and the outsite. You can actually see the cooks preparing meat in the windows facing the street. I think that is a perfect idea to attract guests! Apart from the nice interior we enjoyed some serious burgers, fries, ribs and corn poppers. Also, I love the fact that there is Brooklyn Lager on the beer menu! We have been trying out these Nuori travel essentials the last weeks and simply loved the products. I especially like the foaming cleanser, which basically smells like fresh fruit and cleanses your face gently with a soft foam. The special thing about Nouri is, that all the products have a date when to start using them. Since many other beauty products only have an expiration date, they sit in the shelves for ages and no one thinks about how many ingredients may also fade or loose their benefits over time. That is why Nuori products have a start-using-by date AND an expiration date, in order to make sure that the products are the freshest on the market! We think that is an amazing concept that no one has really thought about before. In cooperation with Nuori
