These pictures can’t hide it anymore: Autumn is here. But it can be such a beautiful season with all those colored leaves, long walks through the park, cuddly scarfs and a cinnamon spiced coffee. What do you like to do during some sunny Autumn days? We also took the chance to snap some outfit pictures. Next week university life starts for me again and I’m actually not that motivated to go back to the classes. Somehow I love to work for new projects and enjoy some free time on the weekend, not thinking about reading texts and writing essays. But I’m looking forward to see all my study mates again and chat to them. It’s always fun to hear and see what they have been up to during our “free” time. Summer so over so fast and it seem surreal to be back to kind-off normal daily business soon. Coat – Zara Off-shoulder shirt – H&M Skirt – Zara Sneakers – Adidas Stan Smith
A classical, well suited jacket can turn any outfit into a sensation. This summer we both had fun in trying out some more daring ones in order to give our everyday looks a little twist. This red jacket by Mango (currently on SALE – be quick!) is a perfect day and night piece. With jeans and a shirt you can work it during the day, even at the office, and with a cute dress plus some fancy heels it makes the perfect match for a night out. At the end of this post we have put together a little overview with some fancy, statement jackets which you can happily add to your shopping list. Jeans – Zara (on Sale!) Jacket – Mango (on Sale!) Little bag – Furla (on Sale!) Shirt – H&M Flat shoes – H&M Pink jacket from Topshop (similar here) / Green fake-leather jacket from Mango / Jeans jacket from Topshop / Pastel green XIAN blazer from Mango / Light jacket from Hallhuber
The long Easter weekend lays ahead of us and we do hope for some better weather than the forecast gives us. We haven’t planed much and will rather try to regain some strength and relax with our families. Next week university starts again and I’m not so motivated but hope the excitement will kick in as soon as I meet my fellow students. After such a long university-free-time it can be a real pain to go back and study. The past weeks haven’t been easy and I was researching and writing two essays. I didn’t go on holiday and the next weeks will be filled with new lectures and rehearsals for our up-coming ballet. While taking these pictures we were once again reminded that we live in a city where rain is inevitable. So we headed to Walter-Benjamin-Platz, a square named after the philosopher Walter Benjamin. The adjoining Leibniz colonnades offer the right protection for some outfit snaps (and yes, we have taken here some pictures before. Take a look here and here). The light blue jacket is from the current Zara collection and also available in a light pink pastel shade. A friend of mine wore it and I instantly fell in love with it. So, as soon as I got home I ordered it online and got it delivered a few days later. I actually didn’t think of really buying it in the end but somehow it was just too gorgeous to send back. Jacket – Zara (I’m wearing XS) Oversized shirt – Gina Tricot Lace bra – H&M Nacklace – H&M Black skinny pants – Mavi Boots – Zara
I‘m back from a short but intense trip to Palma de Mallorca. It was an absolute pleasure to spend some quality time with two of my closest friends in this lovely town. In the next couple of weeks you will see a lot more impressions of this trip and some great tips on what to do, see and where to eat. During our visit we stay at an AirBnB flat with a marvelous roof terrace and a stunning view. In the afternoon/evening the light was just perfect to snap some summer pictures. We felt at home right away. Dress – Zara Sunglasses – RayBan
Sundays are for… relaxing, snapping pictures and blog work! Especially, sunny Sundays. This time we went to the Sanssoucci Park, which is always a nice setting for a small photo shoot. favorite and most worn leather jacket – Zara Boot Cut Jeans – Zara Shirt – H&M Belt – Mango Sunglasses – Ray Ban
It’s fashion week time in Berlin thus there are so many exciting events and things to see! We have a tight schedule but still try to attend a few highlights. This afternoon you will be able to meet us at the #HashMAG Blogger Lounge and afterwards we will be heading to the Cinema Paris and watch the movie “Dior & I” – a perfect girls night out!
And just like that, September has arrived what somehow means the end of summer. It feels sudden but that is how time flows. A change of season means as well a change of wardrobe and there are many autumn trends on their way. We are in love with oxblood colored nail polishes, hats, scarfs or skinny coated trousers. Moreover we cannot resist some cool new boots that are matched with big big knitted sweaters and a cool trench coat.
When Lisa came over for breakfast she wore this beautiful leo printed blouse from Zara. The basic white with the light brown and black pattern on it is just perfect. Fallen for it right-away, such a nice in-between piece for summer and autumn.
