Café in Potsdam: What Do You Fancy Love?

In Berlin already widely know, you can now also find a What Do You Fancy Love? in Potsdam’s city center. The opening took a little longer than expected. But now you can finally enjoy some fresh pressed juices and various bagels in the Dortustraße. The café is similar furnished and designed like the ones in Berlin, they certainly sticked to their concept of laid-back, simple interior. The first weeks after the opening I still wasn’t so keen on trying it out but figured on a beautiful Sunday the time was here. The coffee and the juice were good. The bagel of my friend was slightly overloaded with cream cheese which made eating it a little tricky (cream cheese squeezing its way out and all over the hands). In total its a nice place to meet with friends to enjoy a coffee or juice. Even though the quality of the coffee wasn’t that outstanding, I would only come back for the juices. Nevertheless you can absolutely enjoy some free time outside during these summer days.     …

Breakfast in Zurich: Juicery 21

A hip and healthy breakfast option is Zurich is Juicery 21. The café is really small, but still cozy, and serves either warm oatmeal bowls or cold acai bowls combined with a variety of juices. In my opinion the oatmeal was a bit too milky and more like milk rice than oatmeal, but it was nevertheless well made and tasted nice! Dinner in Berlin: Dae Mon

Last weekend we tried out a Korean place called Dae Mon, situated at Monbijouplatz in Mitte. The food is contemporary Koraen and prepared in an open kitchen. We mostly liked that there was an interesting variety of dishes that were innovative and tasty. And we can highly recommend their Pale Ale! Shopping & Food in Berlin: The Store

The Store in Berlin is a unique concept, which is mixing gastronomy, co-working and shopping. It is a hang-out for startup founders and freelancers, spending their day working on their MacBooks and sipping cappuccinos. It also is a store for modern street style, decorative items, books and music. And lastly, if that wasn’t enough already, it’s a restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The lunch always consists of five different salads, that go together in a bowl and are always healthy and delicious. I can also highly recommend their cold-pressed juices, which are actually made by hand and on-site in a small juicery truck – try the Beetroot, Pineapple, Ginger! Shopping in Copenhagen: HAY Design Store

As I already mentioned in previous posts Copenhagen is a Mecca for interior lovers. So is their HAY design store, located directly in the city center. In recent years HAY has created a row of modern design classics, like their famous chairs, the clever use of bold colors and exceptional design of everyday items like stationary, pencils and much more. I personally also love their classic rosé gold hangers, instantly upgrading your wardrobe. HAY design store Ostergade 61 Copenhagen, Denmark

Food in Copenhagen: Torvehallerne

When in Kopenhagen you should definitely visit the Torvehallerne, a high end food market that offers many different food stands of either already prepared food or luxurious groceries. There is a small patio between the two market halls, that also hosts food and drinking stands as well as a small farmer’s market and colorful flower stands. Kopenhagen Photo Diary I

Last weekend I was lucky enough to visit Kopenhagen with my boyfriend. At first, honestly, I was expecting a rather small and calm city. However, my expectations were exceeded completely! Kopenhagen is a beautiful, interesting, design affiliate, artful, easy-going city with a high quality of life. We actually managed to walk through the whole city in one weekend, our favorite districts definitely being the area near Nyhavn and the city centre. We can highly recommend to visit Rosenborg and Amalienborg, take a boat tour starting at Nyhavn, visit the Rundetaarn and just stroll through all the beautiful narrow streets. I also loved that there are so many interior design and lightning shops!

Ten Things I learned about living in New York City

New York, New York, City of endless possibilities, where dreams come true… 1. There is probably nothing you cannot do in New York City. Lunch in Erfurt: Mundlandung

Thanks to a one day trip to Erfurt I had the chance to try this cozy place. Mundlandung is a delicatessen store and bistro destination at the same time. The food is fresh and absolutely delicious. The two dishes you see in the pictures are part of their daily menu. In the morning they also serve breakfast, if you should be looking for something like that. The dishes aren’t that cheap but the quality is price matching. Price $$$$$ // Service ☆☆☆☆☆ // Location ☆☆☆☆☆ // Taste ☆☆☆☆☆ Mundlandung Krämerbrücke 28 99084 Erfurt What To Wear to this location
