I seriously have never ever tried a better ice cream than this one served by Ample Hills Creamery (this was at Gotham West Market).

Starting with the flavors – they offer some classics as well as some you never heard of: The Munchies, Salted Crack Caramel, Ooly Gooly Butter cake, Peppermint Pattie and many more. Even a dark chocolate one mixed with Guiness beer.

And guess what, at the moment they offer a ice cream Star Wars limited edition:
the light and the dark side!
