Coffee and more in New York: Butterfield Market

I soon found out that a perfect day in New York City most likely looks like this to me: Firstly, visit the MET and stroll through the impressionism floor (I am a huge fan of Monet, Manet, Sargent, Degas, Renoir, Van Gogh and there are so many more…) and maybe also take a look at the Costume Institute exhibition going on. Afterwards I would totally go for a coffee and frozen yogurt break at the Butterfield Market, one of my favorite food places in New York. The Butterfield Market is basically a fine food store, selling all kinds of delicacies. There is a small bakery, cheese section, fruits and fresh produce and much more! But what I love the most is the open coffee station, where one can fill in one’s own iced coffee with Hawaiian coconut flavored brew and hazelnut americano. I would also recommend to try the frozen yogurt as long as the temperatures allow it, coffee and natural with fresh mango is my favorite combination! Finally, I would go back to the Central Park for a long walk, just …

Coffee in Berlin: Café Neundrei

A couple of days ago I attended the opening of the Café Neundrei a place where you will find delicious coffee and vegan treats. Since more people are becoming aware of their daily nutrition we love to share this location with you. For your coffee you can choose between normal milk, soya milk, lactose-free milk and almond milk (coasting 50cents extra). Also, next to the normal coffee treats, you will be able to find Matcha Latte (€ 3.80), Chai Latte (€ 3.20) and some Superfood Smoothies (€ 4.50). Along with a delicious coffee you should definitely enjoy a vegan bread with fresh filling such as avocado, spinach leaves and cress (starting at € 3.90). Also their vegan apple cake or their banana bread is worth a try – a freshly baked by themselves. Coffee in Paris: KB Café

The KB Café is one of my favorite “work-Cafés” – In this case that means that I can work on my projects with free Wifi, a double shot latte and some nice rhubarb crumble or carrot cake. Apart from this the place offers most delicious French quiches with salad and some freshly pressed juices. The KB is as well situated in a very nice and quiet neighborhood, sometimes there is even an Antique market just outside KB’s window. Coffee in Paris: Rose Bakery

Rose Bakery is a real insider’s tip for foodies in Paris thus it is the first place we’ll feature in our #parisguide. Even though the café has a very simple, rustic interior it scores with highest quality, delicious and most importantly fresh products. Favorite little treat is definitely either the crumble with red fruits or the matcha green tea and raspberry loaf. It goes perfectly with a freshly brewed coffee or one of their many different teas. However you have to expect some not so cheap prices. A caffe latte costs € 4,00 and the cakes start at € 7,00. Nevertheless it’s a one time experience you need to try in Paris. You can also enjoy some lunch dishes for which you will pay from € 10 to € 19.
