Berlin has a new hotspot – the Grace Bar and Restaurant at the Hotel Zoo. The Grace opened its doors 10. January 2015 and offers a “Drinking and Dining” concept that unites foreign and traditional flavors into an exceptional culinary experience. Those of you who have been following our blog for a longer time know that we love to do some special photo-shootings for special occasions. Also this year we have decided to create a Midnight Couture Christmas Special for you. We have put together different themes and will combine them with different looks and styles. MAC Cosmetics

Even though MAC always had some kind of fascination when I come to make-up, it took me until now to acquire some products myself. Past weekend I had an appointment at the store in order to find out colors which are suiting me best and to get a first insight to how correctly applying MAC make-up works. The good thing? I found a new hobby. The bad thing? I would need a MAC loan to cover the costs… Until then, I made a start with a basic eyeshadow palette in nude colors and a bright pink lipstick.

When Hotel Concorde came along with the idea that we could create a Berlin City West Shopping Guide for their blog it was hard to resist the chance. We selected a hand full of stores located on and around Kurfürstendamm which we visited on a Saturday afternoon to snap some pictures.
