Stripes for fall

These pictures can’t hide it anymore: Autumn is here. But it can be such a beautiful season with all those colored leaves, long walks through the park, cuddly scarfs and a cinnamon spiced coffee. What do you like to do during some sunny Autumn days? We also took the chance to snap some outfit pictures. Next week university life starts for me again and I’m actually not that motivated to go back to the classes. Somehow I love to work for new projects and enjoy some free time on the weekend, not thinking about reading texts and writing essays. But I’m looking forward to see all my study mates again and chat to them. It’s always fun to hear and see what they have been up to during our “free” time. The first month of the year is coming to an end and we are happy to share some of our favorite beauty / accessories additions with you. Half-moon necklace from H&M I bought this little cute necklace last week since it perfectly matches my kind-off jewelry obsession. It’s delicate, a little sparkly and offers a nice highlight to any casual outfit combination. Real Techniques makeup brushes These brushes make the application of makeup fun and easy. The brush itself is soft and the brand offers a good variety of products. Great quality for a great price. They are not as expensive as the Zoeva brushes but just as good. Maybelline Super Stay 7 Days nail polish Super easy to apply and a nice shade (Rose Veil nr. 882) for the season. I have not tried if they really stay for 7 days but it worked for three.

In the next couple of weeks I will be attending a handful of events where it is necessary to dress chic, which is why I figured it would be nice to invest into a new dress. When it comes down to such events it’s nice to have something in your closet you can always rely on e.g. this dotted H&M dress from the current collection (available in stores now). Since most of the events involve church visits I have chosen a knee-long dress with a flattery skirt and a narrow waist line. And after all the occasions the dress will still be a nice summer piece.
