Coffee in New York: Blue Bottle Coffee

Life in New York City most naturally demands a lot of caffeine. That is usually why you can find very nice and skilled coffeeshops all over the city. Blue Bottle is such coffee shop, only selling coffee that is 48 hours out of the roaster, since that is when the coffee flavor peaks. Beans are sourced responsively and deliciously rich in their taste. Blue Bottle coffee has developed a small network of a couple of shops all over New York, for example in Chelsea, at the Bryant Park and on the High Line. Dinner in New York: Aurora

Aurora is probably one of the most romantic spots in Williamsburg. You’ll love sitting in this patio lit by typical NY light chains. But not only the atmosphere is amazing, also the food is absolutely worthwhile. The menu features Italian food, as well as daily specials. We can among others recommend the Paccheri alla Norma, wheat pasta with roasted eggplant, melted tomato, buffalo mozzarella and pine nut pesto or a refreshing Insalata con Gorgonzola with baby spinach and walnut vinaigrette. Williamsburg Photo Diary

Once you are in New York longer than just a few weeks, you’ll start to discover one area at the time and eventually move to Brooklyn’s new hotspot – Williamsburg. The area is mostly young and arty, with many wall paintings and cafes to hang out, as well as some rooftops to have a chilled glass of Brooklyn lager beer. What I love most about this area is that around each corner, there is another interesting thing waiting and this district is so full of contrasts. We will keep you updated with our favorite spots in Williamsburg soon! What To Wear
