Classy Breakfast on a Rainy Morning

Looking still a bit tired but happy – the other day we went to Benedict for breakfast and it was awesome. We sipped on peach mimosas, had some vegan cashew yoghurt with granola, of course the most delicious pancakes and some bread with spreads. Afterwards, we tried to snap some outfit pictures for you despite the heavy rain. Today the sun is shining again and we wish you a super great start into the weekend! Light Blue

While taking these pictures we were once again reminded that we live in a city where rain is inevitable. So we headed to Walter-Benjamin-Platz, a square named after the philosopher Walter Benjamin. The adjoining Leibniz colonnades offer the right protection for some outfit snaps (and yes, we have taken here some pictures before. Take a look here and here). The light blue jacket is from the current Zara collection and also available in a light pink pastel shade. A friend of mine wore it and I instantly fell in love with it. So, as soon as I got home I ordered it online and got it delivered a few days later. I actually didn’t think of really buying it in the end but somehow it was just too gorgeous to send back. November Inspiration

With November, it’s official: the year is coming to an end. It’s getting dark early outside, the weather changes daily and huge knit sweaters have taken over the stores. This month we want to wear wide, light-blue jeans, cozy sweaters in beige or dark blue, put some nude lipstick on, leave our hair naturally open and study some philosophical books. It’s all about casual confidence and a laid-back attitude. Stress comes with December or, if you are good in your timing, November will already be filled with shopping presents and writing Christmas cards. Who knows.. The lust list for this month

Windscheidstr.

Beige on beige on beige… I love the streets in my lovely neighborhood Charlottenburg. All pretty and in pastell colors. Last week, we squeezed in a coffee date between work to talk about New York and some plans for the blog! Fortunately, we can still enjoy some last summer days in Berlin and the weather is still warm. Still, I’m somehow already looking forward to fall! It’s going to be an exciting time! Skrit – Zara Bag – Zara Shoes – Nike Shopping List

Wiesn Style Guide

It’s that time of the year again… No, not christmas, or Halloween, but one of the oldest German traditions – Oktoberfest! Nowadays, the Wiesn is not only celebrated in Bavaria but all over the country. Especially in Berlin there are numerous Oktoberfest events and all the cool Berlin girls are suddenly into heart-shaped clutches, cute embroideries and dirndl dresses… Crazy no less! We have to admit: we will be putting on a dirndl and dancing to some folk music this year too! Because it’s fun and some traditions are worthy to be celebrated. This year we will attend the Wiesn at Café am neuen See, one of Berlin’s most beautiful locations. You have to buy your ticket in advance, but it’s totally worth it. Check out the FB event… And see you there! Of course, every Wiesn party needs a proper Wiesn outfit. That’s why we were heading to  Zalando and found some beautiful dirndl dresses and accessoires! We can only recommend heading to the page, maybe you still need some last minute Wiesn piece …

Bread & Butter 2016

For us, it’s always nice to also have some common pictures or a shoot with the two of us in general, because as you know usually we take pictures of each other. We especially like the beautiful light situation on these pictures, that were taken at the Bread&Butter for Zalando by Leni Paperboats. Check out her insta and website for more infos! Golden Hour

I‚m back from a short but intense trip to Palma de Mallorca. It was an absolute pleasure to spend some quality time with two of my closest friends in this lovely town. In the next couple of weeks you will see a lot more impressions of this trip and some great tips on what to do, see and where to eat. During our visit we stay at an AirBnB flat with a marvelous roof terrace and a stunning view. In the afternoon/evening the light was just perfect to snap some summer pictures. We felt at home right away. Dress – Zara Sunglasses – RayBan

My Desigual Summer Pt. I

There’s nothing better to show off your summer tan than with a white, lacey dress! I’m absolutely in love with this find by Desigual. It’s perfect to feel like you’re on vacation, even when you’re already back to work and everyday life. It’s best combined with some wedges or flat sandals and maybe a light leather jacket if the weather is unpredictable as it is in Berlin at the moment… Dress – Desigual Leather Jacket – Mango Shoes – Mango Bag – Zara In cooperation with Desigual
