Ron’s gastrobar is by far my favorite restaurant in Amsterdam. It offers a wide range of delicious small meals that I would describe as European-fusion. The design is chic and classic, with ironic art pieces on the walls and newspaper like-designed menus. You should definitely try and take different dishes at your table, giving the chance to share the different culinary experiences!
