Abury Design Experience x Harpers Bazaar

We are always happy to report to you about innovative projects and new approaches to the fashion world. The Abury concept is such an amazing new project that is both inspiring and beautiful. Abury has originated a project that one the one hand supports local craftsmen communities in Morocco and Ecuador and on the other hand supports young, emerging fashion designers who seek to gain experience and prove their creative talent. For this project Abury will send two upcoming designers to work on a two to three month basis with local craftsmen communities and produce a small collection of high-quality bags. Their motto is “Inspire Change Through Design”. You can find all the details here. If you are a designer make sure to apply for this contest.

Lingerie Obsession

For a girl, what she is wearing underneath is as important as the outfit she is wearing. In my opinion, every girl should have a healthy lingerie obsession, since there is nothing that makes us feel more beautiful as the right underwear. In this case, I had a weak moment at Intimissimi where I found these lovely pieces.

In November Jana had the chance to visit us here in Potsdam and of course we took the chance to snap some outfit pictures for you. It was still pretty “warm” for the month November. So, a warm, big cardigan was really enough to wear outside. Combine it with a autumn colored blouse and some heavy boots. Christmas is coming closer and we want to make sure that you have the right gifts ready for your beloved ones. Boys, let us tell you this: we love cozy cute sweaters and delicate jewelry pieces. Sence Copenhagen (one of our all-time favorites) is really one of those perfect little gifts for Christmas. Not too glittery and over-sized. When it comes to sweater make sure to buy one which offers a good quality. French Connection for example has some absolutely lovely ones in their winter collection as well as Maje and Whistles.

Blogger breakfast with Abury

Last month I was able to attend the Abury blogger breakfast held in their store in Berlin Mitte. Along with me there were some other bloggers such as Jasmin from @myberlinfashion and Anni from @bildhuebschblog . All in all it was a really nice round and the atmosphere was comfy. We listened to their concept and their idea behind it. Talked about the up-coming collection and had the chance to take a look at the models.
