Breakfast in Berlin: Grand Café Cappuccino

The area around Kurfürstendamm is predestined to enjoy the sun, sip a coffee and have a lovely breakfast with a good friend. The Grand Café Cappuchino, the extension of restaurant institutions like Petrocelli, is a perfect spot to do just this. Last time, we both enjoyed the fitness breakfast and it was a real treat. Definitely another favorite brunch and breakfast spot in Berlin! Dinner in Amsterdam: Ron Gastrobar

Ron’s gastrobar is by far my favorite restaurant in Amsterdam. It offers a wide range of delicious small meals that I would describe as European-fusion. The design is chic and classic, with ironic art pieces on the walls and newspaper like-designed menus. You should definitely try and take different dishes at your table, giving the chance to share the different culinary experiences! Sweet Treat in Berlin: Der Cupcakeladen

During the extend 1st of May weekend I took the chance with a friend to try a cupcake store in Berlin called Der Cupcakeladen. I already heard from the place and was curious on trying it. A small place with a cute, girly interior is the location you will step into. Their product range is changing daily and you will be able to choose from typical cupcakes and even vegan ones. The taste of the cupcakes was fine but in my opinion not outstanding. A big one costs 2.70 € and a Mini one 1.50 € – a fair price range. Lunch in Erfurt: Mundlandung

Thanks to a one day trip to Erfurt I had the chance to try this cozy place. Mundlandung is a delicatessen store and bistro destination at the same time. The food is fresh and absolutely delicious. The two dishes you see in the pictures are part of their daily menu. In the morning they also serve breakfast, if you should be looking for something like that. The dishes aren’t that cheap but the quality is price matching. Price $$$$$ // Service ☆☆☆☆☆ // Location ☆☆☆☆☆ // Taste ☆☆☆☆☆ Mundlandung Krämerbrücke 28 99084 Erfurt What To Wear to this location

Lunch in Berlin: Shiso Burger

Already pretty famous in Berlin this is the place for some good (Shiso) Burgers. If you come here you can indulge in some delicious food. During lunch they offer a great deal: you pay the price of the burger plus 3.10 € extra and you will get the burger, fries and a drink. I went for the Cheeseburger, costing 4.60 € – which means in total I paid 7.70 € and was absolutely satisfied after this meal. Only problem if you come here make sure you have enough time. During their busy hours (between 1 and 2pm) it can take up to 45 minutes until the burger is ready. Dinner in Amsterdam: Cannibale Royal

Before going to the Ballet, we spoiled ourselves with a cozy dinner at Cannibale Royale. The restaurant admittedly has a somehow awkward, ironic name and also the interior design makes you a little uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the atmosphere was familiar, cozy and the food was of high quality – if you love a nice burger or filet steak, this is your place to go! Lacoste Blogger Workshop

Some days ago, we were lucky enough to be invited to the Lacoste blogger event in Frankfurt am Main, where their male perfume collection “Eau de Lacoste” was presented. We had an exceptionally lovely day and were welcomed warmly by the team of Headspace PR. What followed was a perfect mix of hanging out with lovely people, enjoying the sun, learning and discovering interesting facts about perfume and indulging a delicious menu. We enjoyed a menu created in all five colors of the fragrance line – blue, red, white, yellow and black. For each course, the table decoration was adjusted so it would fit the color of the respective dish, in order to fortify the colored experience. One of this day’s highlights was that we were able to assist the great cooking team with the two main courses and were especially happy to learn some tips how to prepare the recipes ourselves. Apart from this, a professional color psychologist and the Lacoste perfume developer enlightened the group with intriguing knowledge about scents and their different appeals. All in all, we can tell …

Breakfast in Amsterdam: Bagels ‘n’ Beans

Even though Bagels ‘n’ Beans is a chain, having their cafés all over the Netherlands, I really like the place for having a small snack and a coffee. You can select from a wide variety of bagels as well as healthy breakfast dishes, smoothies and juices, that are all freshly made and very tasty. Brunch in Amsterdam: CT Coffee and Coconuts

The building was a former cinema, build in the roaring twenties and you may see it – the place has a crazy interior of different levels and big black white photographs on the walls refer to movie stars and personalities with a cult status. CT Coffee&Coconuts is one of the best brunch places in Amsterdam. Apart from its cool interior that has something exotic the café serves delicious coffee and homemade tasty food. We can only highly recommend the full CT breakfast, which is a selection of all available breakfast specialities. You’ll get coconut pancake, a small granola, bread with avocado and eggs and mature dutch cheese. You’ll love it, we promise! Coffee in Amsterdam: Papeneiland

I am just gonna say it: Café Papeneiland serves (in my opinion) the best apple pie in the whole world. I have never tried any comparable apple pie in my life. The café is the most earthy and comfy place I know in Amsterdam so far and it is perfect to spend a sunny day, watching the boats running through the canals, drinking coffee and chatting with your friends.
