Happy October!

It’s this month, with this day we love so much – Halloween. We always try to plan ahead in order to make the one day a very special and fun one. However last week we were out and about for the Hotel Concorde Berlin in order to create a very special shopping guide for their visitors. Dress – H&M Leather jacket – Zara Leggings – H&M

Wiesn Special

Dear Readers! We are more than proud to present a very special post to you, dedicated to one of the oldest traditions in German culture- the Oktoberfest! A special thank you certainly goes to the excellent Hotel Bayrisches Haus in Potsdam which functioned as the perfect location for our little shooting! Furthermore, we would like to recommend the German “Dirndl” designer Lola Paltinger who is situated in Munich. Her collections show exquisite Dirndl dresses with many fancy details, exceptionally beautiful fabrics as well as lovely accessories (as you may see below). Another special tip: tonight the Café am neuen See (surely one of Berlin’s most beautiful places) will host a Oktoberfest Event. If you are quick there will still be tables available. You can book via email info@cafeamneuensee.de or call 030 – 81 88 62 36 for reservations.

Shades of Autumn

Slowly but surely we have to take out our favorite sweaters and hot beverages may warm our cold hands! We already miss summer but we are surely looking forward to the trees being covered with orange leaves and autumn sun shining all over. Outdoor in Berlin: Tempelhofer Feld

This place really feels like freedom. The wind was blowing, the sun was shining, a place to feel relaxed and down to earth. Some years ago Tempelhof was one of Berlin’s airports but after closing down it has become a huge sports/dog walk/sunbathing area. Got to take my inline skates with me next time. Coffee, Cookie and Trenchcoat

Coffee, a cookie and a cuddly trenchcoat actually really sounds like autumn. But no, I still cling myself to a bit of summer. Even though I can’t wait to get my Burberry trench out again & wear it all day long. I tried to challenge my inner cowgirl with this leather trench coat and somehow I kind off like it. And btw Norah Jones is just amazing! Leather trench – Vintage Dark grey trousers – Zara Basic grey shirt – H&M

Apple Cloud

If there is one place I can really recommend to you, when you want to visit Berlin it has to be the Museumsinsel in the heart of the city. And just a few steps away from there you will find Wonderpots, second place you must visit. My boyfriend and I enjoyed this really good juice there and of course ate a frozen yogurt.
