Somehow, one associates a large city with bad weather all the time – New York showed me that this is a failure. New York City in the summer is a truly wonderful experience. The city is full of different oases which the New Yorker built up for themselves – I will show you some more of them in time – let’s start with some city impressions first.
August in pictures – A little review

We actually take so many pictures but can only show you a small amount of them. So, it took some time to build this post since I had to fight through every album of the month but I guess it was worth the work. Jana is in New York at the moment. When she is back there will be lots of new pictures from the big Apple.

When you live in on area you normally don’t do much sight-seeing because you somehow think you know enough. Which really isn’t the case! Brandenburg, yes I mean this seriously, has some really beautiful places around here and it took some time to realize that.
Hamburg Part I

My boyfriend and I spent last Saturday around this beautiful “pearl” and got to see so many lovely things. It actually was the hottest weekend of the year here in Germany so, we had the perfect light to snap some pictures.
