Do you know this feeling? The feeling when you just want to stay at home and cuddle-up in bed? And in the same thought you just know that you won’t be able to do that? We would call it the winter blues and instantly hope it ends better sooner than later. The best thing to do during these cold days? Enjoy a good coffee or a hot chocolate with a friend. It seems simple but in todays hectic world it can become a true master skill to find a date were both have time. Its been a while since we shared a post with you but we have been extremely busy lately and figured we only would like to come back posting, when we have more content to share with you. The past weeks I have been running between university lectures and dance training. Last October I started my M.A. study program (dance science) at the Freie Universität Berlin. After finishing my B.A. in art history and history I figured it was time to pick-up a field I dream of working in. Studying art history and history was good and I still consider working in this section but I’m really looking forward to expand my horizon in the dance science area. During the next weeks we will share more personal information with you, show you new places, offer some recipes and shopping details. These pictures were taken at the Hamburger Bahnhof, a museum offering a range of contemporary art. The collection permanently displayed is not my favorite (except the works of Warhol and Lichtenstein) one but the building itself …

Yesterday we had the chance to visit the Urban Outfitters press day showroom and take an exclusive look at the Spring/Summer 2017 collection. You will see a lot of denim and pastels, thats for sure. Besides seeing that up-coming collection we were also able to flick through their Christmas collection which will be available from November on. Sequined and fake fur are the staples for your festive season wardrobe.

New concept, new owner, new location. The Bread&Butter tradeshow has gone through a whole lot of changes and refreshingly enters the fashion world stage this year at Berlins Arena. Newest innovation? The tradeshow (now owned by Zalando) is open to the public. Throughout the years it has been a by-invitation-event-only over the past years, this has been changed and is now accessible to everyone interested in the fashion hype. Direct interaction with the brands and the possibility to buy the newest pieces straight-away (also new!) encourages the fashion crowd to travel to Alt-Treptow, Berlin. We enjoyed some quality time together and had the chance to indulge in some good conversations with the girls from Fleek. I‘m back from a short but intense trip to Palma de Mallorca. It was an absolute pleasure to spend some quality time with two of my closest friends in this lovely town. In the next couple of weeks you will see a lot more impressions of this trip and some great tips on what to do, see and where to eat. During our visit we stay at an AirBnB flat with a marvelous roof terrace and a stunning view. In the afternoon/evening the light was just perfect to snap some summer pictures. Coffee in Milan: Bar Luce

Throwback to a wonderful time in Milan. Of course I had to visit Bar Luce, part of the Fondazione Prada und fully designed by creative genius Wes Anderson. I can actually say, I felt more like being part of a colorful film set like the one of Grand Budapest Hotel that being in a café in Milan. But that is exactly what makes Bar Luce so exciting – it is so otherworldly, it transports you into a different place and you can somehow fade out day-to-day life. Denim on a sunny day… I simply love that in summer, you can just take a pretty skirt and a t-shirt and you are set. I admire simple outfits, that are nevertheless chic but not overdone, especially during the week. Sometimes you just need a five minute combination that will bring you through the day no matter what.
