A big thanks to the Hotel for the Invitation. If you have a brand or a Online Store feel free to contact us for cooperation. We are still looking for some pieces to add …

Witchcraft

Here comes our this years Halloween Special for you. The pictures were taken by Michael from Reinhardt&Sommer with help of JFRcreatives and Klemens. We were thinking of witches and witchcraft this year but in a modern way. Since the earliest human cultures the belief in and the practice of magic has been a present issue. And even today it has an important role in religious and medical areas all around the globe. Most of the time witchcraft has been contacted to the Devil and was stigmatized as something evil. Especially in Protestant Europe witch-hunts became an important matter and many women were burnt on the stake. Approximately between 40,000 and 60,000 executions have taken place between 1480 and 1750. Witch hunts continue to this day. The fascination for the supernatural is still very present and has reached a high fan level and publicity with the Harry Potter books and movies. J.K. Rowling made it possible to see witchcraft from a different perspective and it hit the nerve of the time right-away. And who knows what comes …

Sweet Treat in Berlin: Waffelkaffel

Ever since I tried waffles for the first time in my life they have become the best sweettreat ever. Therefore it wasn’t too hard for me to join my boyfriend on a visit to the little Waffelkaffel in Neukölln (a borough of Berlin). It really is this kind off place where you want to hang-out with some friends and enjoy one of their delicious waffle creations. You can choose between sweet ones (served with fruits and ice-cream for example) or savory (e.g. with salmon or goats cheese). It truly is worth a visit if you ask me. Outdoor in Berlin: Tempelhofer Feld

This place really feels like freedom. The wind was blowing, the sun was shining, a place to feel relaxed and down to earth. Some years ago Tempelhof was one of Berlin’s airports but after closing down it has become a huge sports/dog walk/sunbathing area. Got to take my inline skates with me next time. Leather Jacket Love

We really love leather jackets and in this post we tried to capture the beauty of our own favorite one. They are just the perfect throw-on-piece when you want to go out and need something cool to toughen-up your combination. However we know that finding the right one isn’t that easy. Only chose one that fits you really well; oversize is not that chic for a leather jacket in our opinion. And, you can never go wrong with black, still the very classic style for a leather jacket. After snapping these pictures we enjoyed a delicious Frozen Yogurt at Wonderpots. Still the best place to eat this little sin. Remember our little trip to the Hotel de Rome? How about buying the Tagesspiegel today? Check out page 12 or read online here. We will be at Berlin Fashion Week tomorrow and on Friday, hope to see some of you there! Culture in Berlin: Gemäldegalerie

When you start studying Art History you simply can’t avoid to go to the museum. The Gemäldegalerie is an art museum and holds one of the world’s leading collections of European art from the 13th to the 18th centuries. You can find masterpieces from artists such as Albrecht Dürer, Lucas Cranach, Hans Holbein, Jan van Eyck, Raphael, Caravaggio, Rubens, Rembrandt and Vermeer. Just to name a few.

Goodbye 2012

The year has been so amazing and equally absolutely shocking. We finished school and started a new life.  From highs to lows everything was packed into the past months. The pictures here just slightly capture the whole impressions and experiences we have made. Life has tested and challenged us in every possible way… We would like to Thank You for all the support over the years and wish  you a great start into 2013. Make the best out of it!
