That was why we didn’t really find the time to take some pictures for the blog. Also yesterday we managed to snap some. Just an easy look for a day at university.

Each year around the Pentecost weekend Berlin is hosting the Karneval der Kulturen, a multicultural festival celebrated in the district Kreuzberg. It’s loud, it’s fun and it really represents Berlin. Since the weather was amazing yesterday we made a spontaneous trip to Südstern and got carried away by the atmosphere.

Some first impressions from a spring trip to Paris, really one of the most romantic and chic cities!
From time to time it is so nice to try a café or restaurant in your vicinity. On the contemplative island of Werder opened a new beautiful café called Café Jacob. They serve homemade cakes, quiche, tarte flambée and delicious breakfast in the morning. Later during the day you can enjoy some fresh, classic cocktails. The interior is really chic and charming. If it’s raining outside you can cuddle-up inside and when the sun is shining you can enjoy your coffee on their own terrace. Café Jacob Torstraße 3 (Insel) 14542 Werder

A weekend after my taste. Sunshine all over the place, having a great cup of coffee, long hours of breakfast, meeting some friends (Sassi in the picture), going to the theatre, work-out and enjoy some superb food. Nothing more to add.
A cup of tea is always a good idea. When heading out for a bike tour we made a spontaneous stop at a Japanese bonsai garden and enjoyed a cup of tea plus some Japanese sweet-treats. I have never been to a Japanese garden but loved it straight away. It is really comforting and very relaxing.
