The Trenchcoat has probably easily became one of our favorite fashion pieces ever. Always looking timeless and chic, you can wear this piece to any occasion. Today we would like to share some various outfit combinations with you. The trenchcoat Jana is wearing, is from the label Club Monaco and she got it two years ago during our time in New York. It was love on first sight and since then has been a loyal partner. When buying a trench, you really got to watch the length of it. There are so many different lengths and not every length suits every body typ. And who wants to look lost in their trench? No one! So, when you go out and want to buy one, make sure the store offers various lengths. Or you head to different stores. Try a long, middle length and short one in order to see which suits you the best. It’s Monday and the week ahead of us is filled with appointments. We have been working on an exciting cooperation which we will launch this Wednesday on the blog – stay tuned. Besides our daily madness we will be traveling between university, business meetings, ballet rehearsals and grabbing a coffee on the go. The past weeks have been really busy and it seems the up-coming ones won’t be much easier (our schedules are drenched in different colours and plastered with sticky notes). The long Easter weekend lays ahead of us and we do hope for some better weather than the forecast gives us. We haven’t planed much and will rather try to regain some strength and relax with our families. Next week university starts again and I’m not so motivated but hope the excitement will kick in as soon as I meet my fellow students. After such a long university-free-time it can be a real pain to go back and study. The past weeks haven’t been easy and I was researching and writing two essays. I didn’t go on holiday and the next weeks will be filled with new lectures and rehearsals for our up-coming ballet. Easter is just around the corner and in case you’re still searching for a little present for your loved ones – we have got you covered! These mini eggs by Berger Feinste Confiserie are not only super cute looking but also taste like heaven! There are even experimental flavors like milk chocolate filled with carrot and honey or even dark chocolate with red smoothie inside! All mini eggs are packed in a small egg box, decorated with small bunnies and a hidden message. Last Friday the team of Headspace PR and COTY invited us once more to an exceptional blogger get-together in Frankfurt am Main. Everything was just perfect! The location, the setting, the food and the people. It was an absolutely phenomenal afternoon. Center of attention were the fragrances by Esprit, Mexx, Bruno Banani and James Bond. For each one of them the team created special workshops. We made flower bouquets, tried to form blossom shaped ice cream, learned about dos and don’ts when visiting metropolises and created our own gif. And of course they spoiled us with delicious hearty food and lovely sweet treats. A big thank you to the lovely team and all those busy bees who helped to make this afternoon a memorable one. We are looking forward to more fun workshops and events.

Urban Outfitters Spring/Summer 2017

Yesterday we had the chance to visit the Urban Outfitters press day showroom and take an exclusive look at the Spring/Summer 2017 collection. You will see a lot of denim and pastels, thats for sure. Besides seeing that up-coming collection we were also able to flick through their Christmas collection which will be available from November on. Sequined and fake fur are the staples for your festive season wardrobe.

Spring is in the air

Last weekend my dancer colleague Davina and I took the chance to snap some spring inspired pictures under these beautiful blooming trees. They just make the perfect backdrop for such pictures and when they bloom you have to be real quick because as quickly as they grow the blossoms will be gone again just after a stormy day.

In the next couple of weeks I will be attending a handful of events where it is necessary to dress chic, which is why I figured it would be nice to invest into a new dress. When it comes down to such events it’s nice to have something in your closet you can always rely on e.g. this dotted H&M dress from the current collection (available in stores now). Since most of the events involve church visits I have chosen a knee-long dress with a flattery skirt and a narrow waist line. And after all the occasions the dress will still be a nice summer piece. Cherry Blossom Girl

Before we left for New York and London we finally managed to take these pictures with those lovely cherry blossoms. We probably planed this for three years but didn’t find the time and in the end they were gone so fast. Finally! At the moment we have April weather outside, daily life is nearly back to normal and we are working on the new ballet for our studio.
